Dear Sir or Madam:

I am interested in an IT position with an organization, preferably Desktop End User Support, Server Administration, or IT Security.

I currently work for the State Of Florida, Department Of Corrections (DOC), Union Correctional Institution (UCI) as a Distributed Computer Systems Analyst (DCSA) and have been employed there since November 30, 2008.

Before that, I spent over twenty years as a civil service Information Technology Specialist.  When I left the government, I was a GS-2210-11 Step 9 and had a Secret clearance, granted in 2005.  I got my BS degree in programming at Jones College in 1986.

Our organization was disestablished by SPAWAR via the Base Realignment And Closure (BRAC), so I left the Federal service for the State service via a forced early retirement as of 28FEB2007.  Salary is open to negotiations and I prefer a full time position, though I will consider others.

I have completed certification as an EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and an EC-Council Certified Hacking Forensics Investigator (CHFI).  I am working my way to an MCSE, having obtained Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) with XP Professional.
